Remote - Part Time
Hospitality Softnet is a national hotel training firm, with 32 years of experience, seeking remote part-time Mystery Shoppers to evaluate salespeople who sell to potential customers interested in purchasing a home, or a marina slip. Shoppers work part-time, while allowing flexibility with their schedule.
The process involves contacting locations such as marinas or sales departments for home communities from a home office via telephone. This is followed by a written report, which evaluates the manager's selling skills. All work is submitted by email. We supply initial training and ongoing resources to ensure success. This is a 1099 position.

Background with sales process a plus
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Availability during regular business hours to make phone calls and check emails
Able to meet daily and weekly deadlines, responding to all calls and messages in a timely manner (details can be provided.)
Exceptional writing and proofing skills
Home office with a quiet work environment
Office to include Windows-based computer with MS Word, internet access and telephone for outgoing calls only (cell or land line)
Regular and reliable daily access to internet and email Monday through Friday
Ability to act realistically as a potential customer
